What does ULEZ stand for?

Despite the mention of air pollution in the opening phrase, this is not science either (IMHO).

The simplest definition of science that I can come up with is "the study of nature". By "nature" I mean the material universe, existing independently of human activities. This question has nothing to do with nature, apart from the introductory phrase mentioned above.

The ULEZ is not part of nature; it's a human creation, defined by human legislators.

As I've tried to explain before in other similar cases, if this question had asked (for example) a bit more about the harmful effects of traffic pollution on the human body (or on the environment), that would be science. But (apart from the opening parenthesis) nothing in this question relates to the universe as it exists independently of human activities.

Sorry. End of lecture.
